That includes -- for the first time ever -- issue 10 written by Dave Sim, with a special foreword to issue 10 by Dave Sim himself. Also collected in this volume is the seldom reprinted issue 9, penned by Neil Gaiman. Other exclusive bonus content includes a black/white and color cover gallery, behind-the-scenes art including all the bonus material from the 6-issue TPB volumes and a special wraparound cover painted by master Spawn artist, Greg Capullo.
